Report, except the construction of the Peak and Kowloon sewerage works which have been carried out in the manner now proposed by Mr Charnick for the sewerage of the City of Victoria.
2. The whole of these works will form part of the system of drainage now recommended by Mr Charnick.
3. It is however necessary to point out that a large portion of the expenditure under the head of main Drainage and Sanitary has been incurred in such works as Dewers and scavenging streets, cleaning foreshore and watering.
